Roads you can't miss

A-397 Ronda – San Pedro de Alcántara. About 50 km of linked bends descending from the mountains to the coast, with sea views. It is a legendary road among bikers, and Venta El Madroño is a popular meeting point. Check its condition before setting off: it has had roadworks due to rockfalls.

A-369 Ronda – Gaucín. Fast bends and good tarmac through the Genal Valley, with white villages clinging to the mountainside.

Sierra de Grazalema. Mountain roads between rock walls and forest, with passes and viewpoints such as the Puerto de las Palomas between Zahara de la Sierra and Grazalema.

Ronda – Jimena – Ubrique – Ronda loop. A full day on narrow, wild roads, with many kilometres without villages. Venta del Puerto de Galiz is a traditional biker stop.

What awaits you at the house

Parking for motorcycles near the house, a washing machine for riding clothes, a fireplace and pellet stove for cold days, and a roof terrace with 360º views to end the day. A Big Green Egg barbecue, and restaurants a few steps away by the village square.

Tips

Many of these roads have no hard shoulder and tight blind bends. Take care after heavy rain, especially on winter mornings.

If you are coming as a group, the house sleeps up to 5 people. Message us and we will help you plan your routes.

How far is it from Málaga airport? About 1 h 30 min by road, and the last stretch from Ronda is a great ride in itself.
